Thundereggforum

Two pieces I polished last week.
I suspect these are from White Rock Springs, a site closed now because of Park regulations.

From a 'misc' box, so might be very wrong.

7 and 5 cm.

First time I saw this egg I thought it is from the Mcdermitt area...
The back has a coarse skin though, making think of Succor Creek. I am not sure.
Probably Oregon. 10 cm. Love the colors!

Flat lapped this this broken egg from the Leisnig area/Germany with grit 80 SiC. Quite a job. But it looks like it is worth the effort!

From a mixed box, likely Oregon.
Suggestions?

Often a tag is lost, or the egg came from a dirty pile and no one knows where it came from originally.
Please show pictures (backside also, to increase the chance getting the right tag)!
